I am pretty sure this is a tv show, but it could be a movie. I remember that one of the main characters is a queen I'm pretty sure, and all she and her husband want is to have a son but she has daughter after daughter. There is a scene where they do some weird superstition thing and she thinks it will cause her to have a son. There are also two sisters and a mother and I remember that one sister was pregnant and had a stillborn baby on a ship, and her husband is really insensitive about it. Please help, this is driving me crazy :)
