A young husbsnd works in a man's clothing store. His wife has a baby and is ill. He works by commission and is poor. A rich man comes to the shop and wastes his time, but won't buy a suit. The film is all about the struggle between the poor trying to survive, and the rich being out of touch. Early 1930's as I recall, Hollyeoid US.
