Here is a hard one guys, I remember a man, possibly a priest is quite sick and is nursed back to health by a woman in her house. While she looks after him he is in and out of consciousness and at some point she takes advantage of him and has sex with him. At some point in the movie, maybe at the end he ends up in a metal cage and I think it falls into a lake and he drowns. I was very young when I caught glimpses of this movie and sorry I can't remember more.
