I saw the series in 90s but I have no idea when it was filmed. It is about poor girl who falls in love with wealthy boy. She gets pregnant but leaves. She then becomes successful and has more children. At the end I remember she has granddaughter that she loves and there is some drama with family of the boy from her youth (who is also older now).
