What is the name of this movie from 30-40s about a woman who works in a store with her dad &. Gets pregnant by her boyfriend he runs off gets married later he & his wife adopt the baby & she becomes the baby's nanny I saw this movie on Tom years ago & it was great but I can't Rember the name or who was it it anyone have any info
