Looking for a movie about a group of orphan boys...I think from the islands and they meet a orphan girl who becomes like a sister and or motherlike to the boys and the leader of the orphan boy gang falls in love with her and the rescue her from a nun hospital then they make love and she dies at the end from fever or small pox or something
