I only saw a clip of a movie, but it was black and white, set during the stock market crash. The couple had just gotten married and on their way to their honeymoon, but stopped by his business (a bank) first. Found everyone trying to withdraw money because the stock market crashed. They had to use their honeymoon funds ($3000 or something) to help keep the bank open. The newlywed husband made a speech asking people to only withdraw how much they actually needed for the week.
