Hi I'm looking for a movie I can't remember the title but there is scene at the end of the movie where there is a rain storm going on and the female doctor who is not of that country runs in the storm down to a village women giving birth I remember there was like a war going on as well and she found love including transportation of cycle rickshaw I think it was also a scene of clay packed houses that the villagers lived in
