I saw just a clip of this in my history class, so I don't know much about it. During the part I saw, a girl is starting work at a factory making cloth, and another girl is helping her learn what to do. They stay at a boarding house, and in another scene a girl at the factory gets her hair caught in the machinery and her face gets torn up before they can free her.
The movie looked like it was made fairly recently, but I didn't recognize any of the actors.
