A group of people gather together to pull down the empire of a villain. Each one is assigned a mark.
One of them gives his mark a t-shirt with bullseye on it and he says 'target' pointing to the bullseye when he handed it over. He was successful in shooting his mark at the beach.
Another one would be a stand-up comedian in a bar and would kill his mark when an alarm sounds. He was successful in killing his mark too, but he was also shot and died.
Another one is a lady whose mark is the villain. the villain stabs her on the leg and rapes her before she succeeded in killing him.
And yet another one would kill his mark by dropping a bomb from a kite.
The word 'Aloha' was used somewhere in the movie.
And some people had garlands around their necks somewhere in the movie.
