Its about a boy and a girl, I think they were brother and sister. She's older maybe 15-17 and he looks 10. They live in the dirty slums in this tiny dirt apt type house alone trying to supporting eachother. Later in the movie the boy sees her prostituting in a 18 wheeler so he watches her then calls her out when she comes back. Thats all I remember.
