it was on tv in the early 2000s, maybe 2003-2005. all i recollect is i think this girl went to a stately home (it was set around the victorian or edwardian era) and after conversing with a maid the girl ventured outside and came across a girl about her age and a little boy. the other girl said that she and her brother were ghosts but the brother wasn't aware.
other than that the only thing i remember is they all were in a house that was on fire and there was a chef lady and then after that was a funeral. i've been trying to remember this film for like 10 years now!! please help!! :c
