I watched a British film in the early 90's about a teenage girl who slept with an older man. She fell pregnant and hid it from her parents. In time she went into labour and had her baby in disused barn, I'm sure she abandoned her baby in her local city/town. It ended well as I remember the ending is the girl in the hospital holding her baby. I'd love to see it again
