Movie where a husband hires and unattractive teacher to teach his daughter, while he has his wife locked away in the house. The man eventually falls for the teacher and when hes about to marry a group of men barge in and tell the teacher that he is already married. They house burns down and the teacher gets the money. I believe the film is in Black and white, and clues would be appreciated.
