I watched a period drama in the 80s. It might have been named after a woman, like Rebecca. Not the classic Rebecca which makes me think it was called something else? Anyway,1920s era, shown on Sat or Sun afternoons I think. Very haunting theme music with lots of scenes from the foggy British country side, fur coats and mansions. Focussed on a young woman, dark hair,eyes. Can't get it out of my head!, driving me mad! If it had been that good you would think that I would remember the name of it! If any of you can please put me out of my misery.
