Title Help

I'm trying to remember a movie where a married man starts an affair with a young blonde woman (looked like Anna Nicole Smith) and I'm pretty sure his wife was sick. I only remember a few scenes but one was of the blonde and her friends on a rope swing that hung over a cliff, another was of the blonde girl taking the a skirt off and giving it to the man( I think it was his wife's skirt) and I thing the sick wife jumps off a balcony at the end. I wanna saw it was an early 2000 movie but not totally sure. I know it's a long shot since I hardly remember any of it but it has been bothering me forever :) help!!
