Old movie. Black and white.
Blind woman sitting by fireplace. Has letters from soldier husband, but they were actually written by another soldier. Letter writing soldier visits woman to tell her that they were his love letters to her. I think husband might have been responsible for her blindness. This is a black and white movie. Only saw it once, but can't find it again.
