A movie I saw on TV in the 80's about a young man hitchhiker who was picked up by elderly couple that were his parents in his "previous" life. He had been killed in a car wreck I think. It had scenes from when he was in heaven between the lives. The older people just instantly loved him because he reminded them of their son that they had lost so many years earlier... I think They bought him a trumpet
