I remember the movie that I saw was Korean I think, the only part that now is that there were a woman in a train with two couple which was going to get married, but then there was a train accident and the ring that the couple have fallen right to the woman figure that sat on the left which the couple on the right. When the train accident happen the woman that was on the left, she herself was the only one that survive, but when she woke up in the hospital with the couple(the man his family thought she was the bride of their son). When seeing the ring on her figuer she remember nothing
