This was an old film when things were racist, but it goes like this, there was a black man who hot accused of raping a white girl, but he really didn't do it. The girls father actually beat her up really badly and accused the black man of doing it because he mad that his daughter was flirting with the black man. I remember a little girl and little boy being in the film too.
