Im having trouble remember the name of this movie, i seen it about 10 years ago on video when i found it as a child.
All i remember from the video is the following;
Its about a teenage girl that has an alcoholic father and a little sister.
A guy she was dating sees her father abuse her and he beats the father up and bringing the girl with him, they get into the car and he knocks a person down killing her, he fleads the scene and the girl was left in the car on her own, she gets down for the crime and is sent to prison, there is has a sexual relationship with another girl.
I also remember her asking her little sister to go and find a box of cash she had hidden under her dressing table back home, the sister finds it but the father catches her with it, the little sister sprays purfume in the fathers face and runs out with the cash.
