My dad watched a movie when he was young. it was pre wuthering heights period, he thinks, about a young man and woman fall in love, but he is a lower class tailor and she comes from upper class. her family doesn't allow the love affair, she eventually marries and her young lover watches her from a knoll and never marries. his health fails him as he gets older but there is nothing wrong with him, they determine after his death that he died from a broken heart.
