Hi im hoping you can help me. Ive been searching for this movie for years. Its about a teen girl who goes shopping with her mom. As s they are walking out of the store shes wearing a white dress that rises up as she is walking across the street and a guy gets to see her red underwear that says "I love you". Later that evening she has a double date with her best friend and 2 guys. They end up going to the carnival for their date but end up being chased by some bad guys. Thats pretty much all I remember. I saw this movie when I was younger in the late 90's or early 2000's.
