Title Help

A few years ago(about 2007-2009), I watched an Asian drama. Where a poor girl works unwillingly as a housekeeper for a wealthy man her age. At that time he is injured and in a wheelchair. At first they loathe each other but eventually they fall in love.
The last sentence is rather cliche among movies n drama series but I still usually like plots like that.
Anyway please help!! BTW idk if this is helpful but I remember the girls wears a padded light pink jacket with normal long jeans.
