I have been looking for this particular old movie, black and white, that I happened to see in the 1990s. I don't remember what language it was in but it had a beautiful girl whose father died in an automobile accident, she then lived with a male guardian who knew her father. The male guardian was jealous of her seeing other guys and was quite controlling, later he confessed he loved her but she rejected him. Later she left the house and worked as a model etc...
