I'm looking for the title of a movie I loved as a child. I think it took place in WW2 England. It was about a boy and his family in war torn England. I remember a scene with a young girl letting all of the boys look up her skirt if they gave her jewels. One scene showed the older sister drawing on her panty hose. There was also a scene where the school announcements included the "f" word.
