Title Help

I've been looking for this mini series for ages, and I'm hoping to find some help from you.
It's a movie about a girl, whos father i deadly sick, and falls in love with a young man.
The only 'scene' i remember is the one, where the girl and boy are in a cave in a mountain and writes their names in there and snog.
Also the woman gets pregnant in third(i think) episode
I know, it's not very specific, sorry, but if any of you can think of some sort of mini-series that remind you of this, please help :)
