I'm trying to remember the title of a movie and actor -- It is only a few years old. It was about a young man who worked in an office but liked to draw (and was very good at it). He became obsessed with a female co-worker but she only liked him as a friend. As time went on, he became more obsessed. One thing that the man did a lot of in the movie was clicked his teeth rapidly when he became agitated.
