Please help me find this movie. It is about two brothers who love a woman. The successful one was her husband, and the opposite brother love her from afar. They both met an accident. And there was a scene when their blood kind of coincided. When the not-so-successful woke up from a coma, with his other brother still unconscious, he pretended to have a switched memory and pursued the wife. When she found he was deceiving her, she killed him in his art room.
