I think its a 90s film but all I rememner is 4 kids and the older girl always looking after baby and other kids and at the end there sat outside singing take me home country roads west viginia. I also think they were taken from mum eather by care or dad/family member.
I remember watching it as a kid on vidio and cant find online anywhere and its bugging me lol. It was like a true movies type film. Hope someone cam help x x
