Pretty sure this was a one off british drama from the mid to late 70's. Set in 1930/1940's with an almost entirely female cast set in a theatre where a fire(or bomb blast; 2nd world war?)traps the cast. Some of the younger and skinnier ones escape from a dressing room window but a character Tilly gets her hips stuck and the rescuers have try and rescue her, it end with thlast few being rescued by ladder from the roof and one of the character praying as she asends the ladder just as the building(off camera)collapses.
